General sales terms:

Deposit:
All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% for a one-night stay and 100% from the first night for stays of more than one night.
For remote credit-card deposit payments, you will be sent a withdrawal authorisation form.
For deposit payment made by cheque, the entire amount of the first night will be requested.
Booking are not deemed final until written confirmation has been given by our booking department.
Deposits are deductible at the end of your stay.

Cancellation:
The total amount of the first night will be required for booking cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled date of arrival or for no-shows.
All cancellations must be notified in writing and confirmed in writing by our booking department.

Interrupted stay:
For any interruption of stays for which notice is given less than 48 hours prior to departure, the amount of one night’s stay will be billed by the hotel as compensation.

Time of arrival:
All bookings are held until 6 p.m. Please notify us imperatively in the event of late arrival.

Departure date:
Rooms must be vacated prior to 11 a.m.

Arrival date:
We will make every effort to ensure that your room is ready as early as possible. You should keep in mind, however, that this may not be possible before 3 p.m.
